How the money-back promise works
Every pack comes with a 60-day guarantee. The rules are clear once you know them. You must use SodaPower for at least 30 days first, so a quick “try one dropper and return it” will not qualify.
Day 1: your order arrives
Keep your order confirmation email. It is your only support link.
Day 30: you can now ask for a refund
You must have used the product for 30 days or more.
Day 55: last day to contact support
Send your order number using the order email.
Day 60: guarantee period ends
Shipping fees are usually not refunded.
Refund steps
- Use SodaPower for at least 30 days.
- Between day 30 and day 55, contact support with your order number.
- Use the order confirmation email, which is the only contact route the seller publishes.
- Follow the seller’s return instructions.
