1. Maca root extract
Maca is a root from Peru. In one 12-week study people used 1.5 to 3 grams a day and reported more desire from about week 8. Testosterone did not change in that study.
2. L-arginine base
L-arginine is an amino acid your body turns into nitric oxide, a molecule that helps blood vessels relax.
3. Panax ginseng aerial extract
Ginseng is a famous herb. Most products use the root, while SodaPower uses the aerial parts (leaves and stems) of the same plant.
4. Cnidium monnieri fruit extract
Cnidium fruit is used in traditional Chinese herbal practice. It is the least familiar name in the blend, and the most interesting one to read about.
5. Guarana seed extract
Guarana seeds are a natural energy source. It is the ingredient most linked to feeling more alert in the morning.
